Sr. Network Engineer

Kelley Information Technology (KIT) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support complex network environments for a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Orlando area, offering a mix of remote flexibility and onsite client engagement.

Role Overview
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will serve as a technical lead across client environments—architecting, deploying, and optimizing secure, high-performance networks. You’ll handle escalations, guide junior engineers, and work directly with clients to deliver infrastructure solutions that scale with their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless)
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting across LAN/WAN, VPNs, and hybrid/cloud-integrated networks
  • Implement network security best practices including segmentation, IDS/IPS, and zero trust principles
  • Conduct network assessments, audits, and performance optimization
  • Support and lead infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades
  • Provide onsite support for deployments and high-priority escalations
  • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations and procedures
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal standards

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
  • Deep expertise in routing/switching and firewall technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of VPNs, VLANs, subnetting, and network segmentation
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-environment network issues
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certifications such as CCNP, NSE, or equivalent
  • Experience in an MSP environment
  • Exposure to Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud networking

Work Environment

  • Hybrid role based in Orlando, FL

Compensation & Benefits

  • $95,000 – $120,000 base salary (competitive for senior-level engineers in Central Florida, based on experience)

Administrative Assistant

Kelley Information Technology (KIT) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, client coordination, and internal team efficiency. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Orlando area, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys being the operational backbone of a growing IT firm.

Role Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in keeping the business running smoothly—managing schedules, coordinating client communications, supporting leadership, and ensuring internal processes stay on track. You’ll be a key point of contact across teams and clients, helping maintain a professional, responsive, and organized operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for leadership and technical teams
  • Coordinate client communications, service appointments, and follow-ups
  • Assist with invoicing, documentation, and general administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized records, files, and internal systems
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients and internal staff
  • Handle inbound inquiries and route requests appropriately

Required Qualifications

Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and driving top-line revenue. This is a 100% commission role designed for sales professionals who are confident in their ability to close and want to be directly rewarded for results. You’ll work closely with leadership and technical teams to position KIT’s services as mission-critical solutions for small to mid-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the SMB market
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed targets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
  • Establish long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Track activity and performance within CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, MSP, or technology solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong closing skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles
