This Privacy Policy is intended for business-to-business (B2B) use and does not create contractual obligations beyond those expressly agreed to in writing.

Client data accessed during service delivery is governed exclusively by applicable contractual agreements, not this Privacy Policy.

A. Business Contact Information
We may collect business-related information such as name, company name, job title, business email address, business phone number, and mailing address
B. Website and Technical Information
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed and interaction data, and date and time of access.
C. Service-Related Information

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client names, logos, trademarks, or identifying information are not used in public-facing materials. Descriptions of services or outcomes may be generalized to prevent attribution to any specific organization. Nothing in this section modifies or supersedes confidentiality obligations contained in any applicable service agreement, NDA, or SOW.
12. Regulated Industry Data (Healthcare, Financial, Legal)
Kelley Information Technology provides IT services to organizations operating in regulated industries, including healthcare, financial services, and legal professions. When providing services to regulated clients, Kelley IT acts solely as a service provider or business associate as defined by applicable agreements, accesses regulated data only as necessary to deliver contracted services, does not use regulated data for marketing, analytics, or unrelated purposes, and handles data pursuant to the applicable service agreement, BAA, or confidentiality agreement. This Privacy Policy does not expand or replace contractual obligations related to regulated data.
Healthcare and HIPAA
Where required, Kelley IT may enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities under HIPAA. Kelley IT does not create, own, or control Protected Health Information (PHI). PHI is accessed solely to perform contracted services. HIPAA obligations are governed exclusively by the BAA and applicable service agreements.
Financial Services and Payment Information
Kelley IT may support clients subject to GLBA, PCI DSS, or similar financial regulations. Kelley IT does not store payment card data unless expressly required by contract. Access to financial systems is limited to operational IT support. Compliance responsibility remains with the client unless explicitly assumed in writing.
Legal Industry and Privileged Information
When supporting law firms or legal organizations, Kelley IT does not assert ownership or control over privileged or confidential information. Access is limited to technical support and system maintenance. Confidentiality obligations are governed by applicable agreements and professional standards.
